Located just off Old Street, this 11,500 sq ft building was acquired unconditionally on a sale and leaseback from The Society of Geneologists, who had owned and occupied the building since 1990. The building offered the potential to be refurbished to a high standard on vacant possession and for up to 2 additional floors of office space.

A planning application was submitted to the LB of Islington for the redevelopment of the existing building and the addition of 2 floors of office space to increase the floor area by 35%, together with a complete redesign of the façade.
