Sam runs the day to day operations of the company, in particular the planning and development teams with a focus on asset enhancement and strategy alongside identifying and delivering new opportunities and investors relations.
Simon berg
Director
Simon is co-founder of the business with over 35 years experience in financing and developing mixed use residential-let developments in London and the South-East.
Simon’s focus is on the sourcing and funding of new opportunities with an in-depth understanding of how to shape transactions, and long term relationships with key individuals and partners.
Our mission
We are a privately owned property investment and development company. Our focus is on creating added value via planning gain or active asset management through refurbishment and repositioning.
